The delivery time is discussed personally with the customer either before the order is placed or after. Once the order is placed, our team will contact you to confirm the estimated delivery time. After your order is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed. Any cancellation requests will be reviewed by our top managers, and cancellation fees will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
